Having had Chinchilla's for over 25 years now, we started taking in rescue chins via verious avenue's so decided to set up our own Chinchilla Rescue Centre as having the time to care for these wonderful pets, we are different in may ways to other Rescue Centre's as we DO NOT Re-Home Chinchilla's that are taken in, we offer all chins a new permanent life long home what ever the circumstances maybe, we give each chin the time to settle in, secure housing, a well balanced diet, the chance to play with other chins once socialised with same sex, they all also have the opportunity to play out when weather permits in a large secure 6ft play pen, are handled daily and given the quality of life that each and every chinchilla looks forward too.

We like to spend time settling the rescues in, improving their well-being and getting to know them and ensuring they eat a well balanced diet. These stay with us and we try to make them as comfortable as possible for as long as we can. We have a no kill policy, we do not believe in putting chins down unless their quality of life is affected as, in our opinion, every single chinchilla deserves the chance of life.

The chinchillas are NOT re-homed and they are NOT used for breeding.
Over the years we have accumulated a vast knowledge of chinchilla health and welfare and we continue to learn every day. We also have an extremely knowledgeable and helpful vet on hand whenever we need them.
